Zoom Tan is looking for a Sales Manager that is passionate, energetic, and has a proven track record of building and sustaining customer relations and enhancing the customer experience. This position is offered at $18-24 per hour with the opportunity to make up to $30+ per hour with our generous commission and bonus structure!

This position is based out of our Fort Myers, FL location and will be responsible for the management of salon personnel to ensure sales are aligned with company goals. Hourly Rate Range: $18 - 24/hour

Exceptional Opportunities for Sales Commissions and Bonuses to make $30+ per hour

Matching 401K plan. We match 100% for the first 3% contributed by the employee and 50% for employee contributions of 4%. We will also match another 50% for employee contributions of 5%

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies that will exceed professional and company goals

Recruit, interview, and recommend for hire, people who are highly motivated, passionate, and customer centered

Successfully manage all aspects of daily store operations to include, but not limited to, cleanliness, inventory, and customer engagement

Work collaboratively as a team and within the best interest of the company and its customers

Actively communicate and respond to all inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Develop and implement staffing schedules that will meet the needs of the salon store

Engage with customers to better understand their preferences and needs

Engage with customers to support their purchase decisions

Lead staff supervision

Engage staff with recognition of their exceptional performance
